The efficient and courteous reception staff made for a smooth check-in process, and I appreciated the unexpected room upgrade and late check-out, allowing for a leisurely departure. The accommodations were spacious and well-maintained, featuring a comfortable bed and quality toiletries. Housekeeping was diligent, ensuring cleanliness throughout my three-night stay. Free wireless internet access facilitated easy communication with my family back in the Bahamas. Although I didn't utilize the on-site facilities, including the bar or pool, I noticed that the hotel caters well to families, as my children enjoyed the water slide. The proximity to a variety of restaurants provided ample dining options. The experience was satisfactory, making it a viable choice for travelers seeking both convenience and comfort in the city.
